It seems like something your server blocked when the system trying to send the data to your server when submit a update post, you can check on my attached screenshot below, you will see hitting the 403 forbidden error.

May i know do you have change any file/folder permission to restrict other user can't be access? Also can you request with your webhosting provider regarding the error log file?
