Unable to edit and save or disable Marketplace categories

Hello

We are unable to edit a Markeplace category (e.g. change of category name), and we are unable to disable categories either. When we try to do so, our administrator panel is automatically closed

I am able to replicate this on my local site.

I will log this into our issue tracker.

Thanks for letting me know Irwin.

In the meantime, how do we work around this? We need to create categories in the Marketplace. Any suggestions or temporary fix?

Hey there,

When I was trying to access your FTP, it gave me the following error:


Command:	PASS ************

Response:	530 Login authentication failed

Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server


For the fix, can you download the attached easysocialmarketplacesubmission.php file and paste it into JoomlaFolder/plugins/payplans/easysocialmarketplacesubmission/easysocialmarketplacesubmission.php, and see how it goes?
