Unable to download photos

Hello Team,

We have enabled settings to allow downloading of photos but users are unable to download photos.

Please assist

Hey there,

The reason that you can't download photos is due to the alias conflict as there is a Menu Item Type which is called 'Photos - My Albums Layout' and its alias is 'photos' too.

For temporary solution, I had helped you to change the alias of it to 'photo'. It should be working fine now.

Can you have a look and see how it goes?

I will log this into our issue tracker as this is a bug.
