Regarding with your warning message, I suspect you have one of the 3rd party plugin handling this, mean when you refresh or do something on frontend, it will clear the cache automatically.

Based on that warning message, it seems like your system do not have permission to delete those file under this file location /home/tfranefdg/www/cache/page , perhaps you can give it a check this cache folder file permission and see how it goes.
