Unable to change author avatar

Hi guys,
I'm trying to change my author avatar, but it won't let me. The help button states I will only be able to change the avatar if I'm using the built in avatar feature. As far as I'm aware, I AM using the built in avatar feature, but there's no option to change my photo.

Thanks Nick. Yes, that worked! Apologies for the 404 error, I hadn't realised my webmaster has switched off my old blog and made the new one my default moments before I sent the request.
