Unable to ban user

Hi,

I am unable to find ban user functionality. Unable to find not only front end as well as backend.
Can u please tell me that Is it possible through eassydiscuss? And if yes then how can i ban a user?

Hi there,

You have to enable it first at Backend>Components>EasyDiscuss>Settings>General>General as shown http://prntscr.com/co3yjl . To ban a user, you have to view his post first, then ban the user as shown http://prntscr.com/co3xwl .

Hi,

I have find the ban feature but i am able to ban a user max 180 days.

Is it possible to ban a user permanently ?

Also Is it possible that when i ban a user then all the post of that user should be deleted?

Please reply ASAP.
