Unable to Apply Formatting to Heading Blocks

I don't know if this bug is a known issue, but I wanted to find out.

It's not possible to add any formatting to text in a Heading block. I can't select a word and make it italics, for example, or change the color or size of any part of a heading block.
Actually that was known issue, can you update to latest version and see how it goes?
