Hi Guys,

I was excited to see that I was able to update from Watchful. Thank you!

I updated two of my sites from watchful and they both went down. I was able to upload the new installation for my own site but the update of http://www.movementsolutions.ca was not successful. It turns out that the domain is not listed in my licenses under my Developer account. I cannot figure out how to add this domain.

Currently the site is down.

Thanks,

Steve
Hello Stephen,

The developer contract only entitles you to support of up to 5 domains. From the looks of it here, it seems that you have already added more than 5 domains to your license.

Thanks Mark for the reply. I totally understand your need to go to a new system. In regards to support, I guess I'm a little confused. The licenses that are listed were added automatically from the old system when I could add the licenses manually.

Moving forward, I thought I could add Easyblog to unlimited domains. Was I to add the API key to Easyblog? I cannot do that and was simply trying to reinstall Easyblog. If I'm overstepping the new agreement, how do I go about adding more sites to support?

I can go to a backup if need be but I would rather avoid that.

To clarify, how do I now go about updating Easyblog for the sites outside my 5 supported sites?

Thanks in advance for clearing up things in mind.

Hi Mark,

I saw some of your updates re: unlimited domains and updating. It clarified for me what I need to do. I think this is where Watchful will become extremely helpful in updating.

Thanks,

Steve

Hello Stephen,

Could let me know which are the 5 domains that are still active and I will help you update the domains under your license. We do not have an "unlimited" plan but contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and let us know how many domains that you currently have and we'll work something out.
