Unable to access to Media manager

Hello,
one of the authors encountered a strange issue while he was trying to insert an image into an Image block, he was not able to browse Media Manager clicking on the "browse media" button.

When he put the mouse pointer on the "browse media" button the pointer doesn't change into an hand, it remains a simple arrow and the caption showed is "No file selected". I attached a picture.

I suggested to try with another browser but the problem was not solved.

I had no problems on my device when i logged myself as that author.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

That was strange, I also unable to replicate this issue when i check on my Chrome browser.

May i know which operating system he use? e.g. Windows or Mac

And is it possible for you ask your author who having this issue record a video how he reproduce this issue so we can better have a look.

Today i was able to take a look in the notebook on which the problem happened.

I found that the issue was related to browser's page zoom.
I've set to 100% and the "select media" button had the same behavior of other two buttons.

I didn't investigate further, i just wanted to tell this to you.

Good Catch ! I can reproduce this issue in my locally as well, I will log this into our issue tracker.

By the way, I've applied some temporary fix in this file JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/composer/blocks/handlers/image/html.php, can you give it a check again is it work fine now?
