Seems like there are some Database structure missing on your end and might causing this issues. Applied them on your site and managed to get them install. Please give it a check and see how it goes.

Every site has a different error when the installation hang on "Initializing Database Sychronization", either you can check the ajax response through the browser development console tool (you can check my attached video on how to inspect the error under the ajax request > preview or response tab) and see what is the real error it shows or you can start a new thread on our forum and provide us with your site backend and FTP access so we will check on this directly on your site.

The problem I guess get sorted our when I install the new "Stackideas Toolbar pkg_toolbar1.0.18" then the installation process get trough correctly.

That was strange, this "Initializing Database Sychronization" shouldn't be related to the Stackideas toolbar installation.

Perhaps you can consider starting a new thread on our forums if you encounter the same issue so we can investigate this issue directly on your site.
