When trying to select Komento via https://thedunneclan.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_komento
the following error occurs:

An error has occurred.
0 Failed opening required '/home/dunne/public_html/administrator/components/com_komento/includes/isfoundryenabled/isfoundryenabled.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php80/root/usr/share/pear')

I tried changing the site back to PHP 7.4 but that created a different problem: At the URL: https://thedunneclan.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_komento
It displays this: "This page isn’t workingthedunneclan.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"

On the front-end, the links do not work on hover, e.g. view attachments.

What should I do to resolve this?
It seems like when I try to update your site Komento version again from the backend, then the installation stuck and showing this Class "FH" not found error on the backend now, so I cant access any page from backend.

Can you update your site FTP access so we can better have a check?

Hi Arlex,

Everything is working as expected. Thank you. What caused the issue? Is there something I could have done to avoid it?

I suspect it is related to the backend Joomla system cache, because when the installation tries to install the Easyblog library folder on your site Joomla root folder, somehow it still can't detect the file already copied over to your Joomla root folder so causing this installation issue.

What I did yesterday is turn off your backend Jooma cache from the global configuration page, then the installation works fine.

Then I've helped you re-activate back your Joomla backend cache from the backend.

Thank you Arlex. If I have an issue in the future, I will check cache.

All the best,

Karen
