Bonjour,

Hello,

- When I position an image on the right in an article, it is always positioned centrally on the blog home page. When displaying the article by clicking on the title, the image is correctly positioned. How to fix this?

Thank you for your answers.
un autre problème :
quand on sélectionne prévisualiser l'article, seul le titre s'affiche dans l'aperçu, le contenu ne s'affiche pas.

another problem :
when you select preview article, only the title is displayed in the preview, the content is not displayed.

Hi Photo-club,
My apologies because I`m not quite sure where is this icon 'image' you are referring to.
Are you referring to Joomla's composer or EasyBlog's composer? FYI, Content>Articles>Add New Article is for creating new Joomla articles, not EasyBlog blog posts.

Perhaps you can include some screenshots on the issues that you are encountering so we can investigate these issues more efficiently? Thanks.

Oh I forgot to mention, can you us provide your backend and ftp access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can further investigate these issues? Thanks.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've tried to login in your backend but it seems like I was unable to access Easyblog page from backend, can you assign that user account to have Superadmin privileges so we can able to check on this issue?

It seems work fine for me when I click the image icon from that 3rd party editor, if you would like to remove that image icon from that 3rd party editor, It would be best if you can consult with this editor developer (AcyMailing)

By the way, you can actually use Easyblog default media manager, you can check my video here : http://screencast.com/t/Pzbj5tl8 Hope this will help much you here.

I've copied your blog content and tested in my locally, it seems work fine but it only happen on your site, can I have the permission to help you update to latest version of Easyblog?

Also Is it possible provide us with your FTP access as well (http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site) so we can troubleshoot this issue.

Hi,

With the updated layout problem is resolved. Thank you.

But now we face another problem : at the homepage, the comment's counter remains at zero.
Another question : we import kunena's avatar. When we want to see the user profil, it displays the last kunena articles but no the easyblog's articles.
Is it the result of a wrong configuration ?

Thanks for you help.

And a last question : when a user chose a big size for a picture, it's overflowing with a large screen but it's OK on a mobile phone.
What can we do ?

Hey Photo-club,
The comment counter actually only works with EasyBlog built-in comments. Also when there are a few commenting system enabled, the comment counter does not work.
If you head into Settings>Comments>Integrations, you can see that you have built-in comments and Facebook comments enabled. If only the built-in comments is enabled, then the comment counter would work properly.

When we want to see the user profil, it displays the last kunena articles but no the easyblog's articles.
I have helped set this setting so the author's profile will lead to his/her list of EasyBlog post:
Settings>Layout>Avatars>Avatar Integrations> Modify author's name and avatar links>No

when a user chose a big size for a picture, it's overflowing with a large screen but it's OK on a mobile phone.
It seems you have specified the width of the image in the screenshot to be 1200+px. This is actually not advisable because the image will be fixed to this width regardless of the browser's size. If you want the image to be responsive on the browser as well, you should use the % unit instead of px. If you set the width to 100%, it will always fill the horizontal length to 100%, regardless of how we resize the browser(http://take.ms/4fRiL). Hope this helps.
