Twitter URL Shortener shows wrong Domain Name

I have correctly configured EasyBlog Autopost to post new blog entries to my Twitter account. Everything works fine EXCEPT the Twitter shortened URL points to the Development Domain Name (where Joomla and EasyBlog reside) and not the live site domain. There SHOULD/MUST be a way to inform EasyBlog to incorporate the public domain name within the Twitter shortened URL. Please HELP!!
