I enabled Twitter Cards, but when I look at the source code for a blog, it doesn't show the "twitter:site" meta tag. I do have the twitter screen name listed in the Twitter settings when it asks for "Twitter's via user screen name". I just ran the validator on Twitter, and it didn't indicate a problem, but it does say that it is required in the setup guide... Is there another setting I missed?

(On a side note, when the validator previews a page, it doesn't show the blog image, even though the image twitter meta tag is showing properly. That isn't your issue, I don't think, however.)
Hi Brent,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have checked the code and it seems like we didn't includes twitter:site in the meta. If you wish to include the twitter:site in your site, we can assist you doing so. Can you please provide us with the twitter username so that we can apply this hack to your site.

And, can you kindly please provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can assist you further on this issue.

Please advise.

It looks like it validated ok without it, so don't worry about it. (Although still no images.... hmm...)

Thanks for the help.

Hello Brent,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Just like Facebook's opengraph tag, the minimum size for the image has to be 280px * 150px . If the image is smaller, I believe Twitter would ignore the image attribute. Take a look at their requirements here, under "twitter:image" https://dev.twitter.com/cards/types/summary-large-image
