I have tried to share to twitter some of your blogpost and the url referenced back is working correctly. As about your issue, when I clicked the url referenced back, redirected me to login page. Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/k4uvUGHjXMEB . One of the possibility is this blogpost is set to private. Can you try set it to public and see if this issue is resolved. To set to public, you can configure it through edit blogpost and set Blog permission = Viewable by all user. Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/ByiBzDAkh .

Sorry for late reply to this,
Do you mean that when your user click on the tweet social button and share the blog post on their Twitter profile, then the blog post link is not go to correct page?
If yes, I'm not sure what issues causing this, can i have your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can login in your site and see when i click on the tweet link where it redirect to and check on this? Please advise.

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have check your site and it seems like you share/tweet the unpublished blogpost or the blogpost is still under review. So that why, in the url link is pointed to reviewapprove.
