Maybe you can go to your twitter's app and got to "Key and Access Tokens", then try to 'regenerate' your access token as shown http://take.ms/tB83N and see how it goes.

If problems still persist, it would be best if you can provide us with your twitter access for further check on this issues. Please advice.
