Hi,

The twitter counter on our blog articles is resetting to zero. One day I will view a blog article and it displays that it has been tweeted 26 times but the next time I view, it shows no tweets. This is occurring for all the blogs we have posted so far.

Can you please explain how to resolve this. It is unsatisfactory that this happens as people are encouraged to share/tweet on social media when they see others have done the same.

We look forward to your reply. Thank you for your time,

Hash
Hello Tiana Sakr,

It looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

Hello Arlex,

I was unaware our subscription expired just a few days ago. I have just renewed it. Is it necessary to submit everything again at the help desk or can you assist us here?

Regards,
Tiana

Hello Tiana,

Thanks for renewing your subscription. Did you make any changes on the site's URL structure? Twitter associates the "tweets" on the unique URL. If the URL structure changed, it's more than likely that the tweet count would be resetted.

Hello Tiana,

Thanks for getting back to us on this. I am not really sure why it was reset to 0 but if you could provide us with both the back end and FTP access, we'll help you to look into this.
