All was working fine, then yesterday I published several imported feeds and tried to autopost (manually) to facebook and twitter, and it didn't work.
It's not showing coloured/blue twitter facebook icons, even though some of the feeds did upload(some didn't) on social media.
re All posts that have been re-posted to facebook and twiiter, the link colour has reverted to the not shared colour, grey.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like you didn't enable "Allow autopost" setting from this category 'the cannabist' so caused this issue.

I already help you enabled it, it should able to autopost now.

You can check my attached screenshot below.

Thanks for the simple explanation, but what about "the link colour has reverted to the not shared colour, grey"
I have auto auto-posted several posts from High times category and the colour is grey, shouldn't it be a blue colour icon, showing it's been previously posted to facebook?

You're welcome

May i know do you have click "Revoke Access" button from your backend autopost configuration setting page recently?

Because if you have click on revoke access mean you need to authenticate with your Facebook user account again, in this time system unable to sync for your previous Facebook user and with your new authentication Facebook user account whether is the same account, then system will treat all the existing post haven't shared before so it will return to grey colour on the Facebook share icon.

I did click "Revoke Access" I thought that may have fixed the issue. So that was the reason for the grey icons that had already been autoposted?

Yes, once you clicked that Revoke access button, it will state that Facebook share button to grey colour.

Currently that was no other way around to remain those autoposted state when you click Revoke access.
