You can disable it from backend > Easyblog > settings > layout > listing [Show Post Tags - no] > and post option [Show Post Tags - no], hope this help.

It seems like you did correctly, by the way, when I resave again from your `blog` menu item page from backend, the tag will not show on frontpage listing view now, can you give it a check now?
