Is it possible to turn off moderation of new posts so that they are visible as soon as they are posted to EB?

You can setting it in the backend by:
1. Click EasyBlog>ACL>Choose_Joomla_Group>Compose>Enable - Allowed to publish post http://screencast.com/t/AKjVJrJLcXuF
