My apologies but I got the problem sorted myself by changing to a different network path. I think we were seeing errors on one.

The site is installed at a different domain to whee. Its at a domain called technofatty.com.

Thats the one we want to have supported.

Am I correct in thinking that we can use it on whee anyway but it just isn't supported for pro support?

Yes you are allowed to installed then in other domain. But, in case your required support on different domains, we cant assist any further as Pro versions only entitles you to support for 1 domain only. Thanks for your understandings

BY the way, if you require support for additional domains, please consider upgrading your license to the Unlimited version or purchase an additional subscription for this site. Please advice.
