I am trying to find how to hide the tool bar that shows before a user logs in - I find info at https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/configuration/toolbar-settings however when I look under Components > EasySocial > Settings > General there is no Tool bar option?

I also found this page https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/configuration/login-layout-settings that talks about going to EasySocial > Settings > General > Login > Login Layout but again that option doesn't seem to exist.

We are using version 2.1.8
You can't currently hide this for non logged in users. If you want to hide this, you would need to tweak the theme file in /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.php

Okay - it seems a bit crazy not to allow ACL control on this as for a non-logged in user they see all the links to groups, people etc and can click on those and see lot's of stuff that should only be visible to registered users?

Is it possible to disable this tool-bar completely for everyone?

Hey Itamar,

It is possible to turn off toolbar for guests or for everyone but not for that particular section which you highlighted. You can turn the toolbar off in the settings shown in the screen shot here, http://take.ms/LOS1B
