I have tried to setup the customization and it just isn't working. Would you be able to look and see what I have wrong? Thank you!
Hello Barkley,

May i know what type of customisation you are referring to and what kind of issue you are having now? Please elaborate on your problem clearly so that we can check it out easily. If you need images to illustrate your issue then please send us some screenshots. Please advice.

Thanks!

I am using the elegantblue theme and I want to change the dark background to a lighter background ( I like the blue hightlights and just want to get rid of the dark background - and will probably have to change the color of the font). I can find everything to change using Firefox and inspecting the css. I have created a new image to use to replace the dark image but it doesn't work. The css and image have all been added to the rt-template I am using (rt-oculus). Just can't get the overrides to work at all.

hope that helps! Thanks for the quick reply!

Hello Mark,

You need to actually replace the image files and also apply the background colors to override the dark blue coloring. Take a look at the following files

/components/com_easyblog/themes/elegantblue/images/avatar-wrap-a.png
/components/com_easyblog/themes/elegantblue/images/avatar-wrap-b.png

You might want to edit these files and copy / paste them into /templates/[JOOMLA_TEMPLATE]/html/com_easyblog/images/ . Then, you also need to create a css file in /templates/[JOOMLA_TEMPLATE/html/com_easyblog/css/styles.css
