May i know what is your current Komento version?

Perhaps you can try temporary switch your theme to use `Wireframe` and see how it goes?

I'm using the latest version (Komento 2.0.9) and I am already using the Wireframe Theme I have no other theme installed nor available in the layout tab...

It seems the dialog popup is calling a Kuro theme file which does not exist in Komento free version. I have logged this issue in our tracker and we will look into this. In the meantime, can you download the attached zip file and extract all its contents to the directory below?
JoomlaFolder\components\com_komento\themes\wireframe\

I've tested in my locally, it seems work fine for me, you can take a look of my screenshot below.

By the way, can you try re-save again from backend > KOmento > integration > select component > click save and clear all of your browser and Joomla cache and see is it work.

Is your test a clean install with the free version without Kuro?

Yes, I've tested in fresh Komento installation and without Kuro theme.

Without any access to your site, I am afraid it's almost impossible to tell you what is wrong The only way we can check this is to access the site to troubleshoot this issue.

If the issue still persists, can you start a new thread and provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a check?
