Hello,

When you have a chance could you tell me where the Original link is located so I can change it. I tried to change the language file en-GB.com_easyblog.ini but that did not work.

Check this link out please

Thank you - please see image.

Regards,
Rob
Hi Rob,

As you change and save the language, it will only effected on the newer feed post, where the existing post will not effected (You need to manually change the link in each blog post).
Yes, you have change in the correct .ini file as below
JoomlaFolder/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easyblog.ini

Hello Rob,

The link is actually stored within the content. Hence, if the post is already imported, you would have to edit the post to modify it. However, for future posts, it would then use the appropriate string as what you have updated

Hi Mark,

You didn't have to get back to me so fast but I appreciate your reply. I did as you suggested but it didn't work as I ran a test on a few imported feeds.

The feed is coming from the feed importer and it posts the "Original link" to the bottom of the RSS feed. Please see the image as it is a switch in the feed importer if you want to include it or not. I thought it would be in the language file but when I changed that - it not not change.

Thanks again.

Regards,
Rob

Hello Fadhi,

Thanks for all your responses. Yes I did do that and I did it in the past but somehow it did not stick.

COM_EASYBLOG_FEEDS_ORIGINAL_LINK="Click Here To Apply"
COM_EASYBLOG_FEEDS_ORIGINAL_AUTHOR="Original author: %1s"
;@since 3.0.6987
COM_EASYBLOG_SH404_LAYOUT_LOGIN="Login"
;@since 3.0.7016
COM_EASYBLOG_PUBLISH_TO="Publish To"
COM_EASYBLOG_CENTRALIZED_PUBLISH_OPTIONS="Centralized publishing options"

I mean that would be the only place that it would be located? Is it located anyway else?

Thanks again.

Regards,
Rob
