Truncate Content not working

Truncate Content on stream is not working . i set it at 75 characters and still it displays whole article !
It seems like you provided that backend login credentials is not working, please advise.

And FTP as well.



Command:	PASS ********

Response:	530 Login authentication failed

Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server
