Trouble with downloading plugins to Joomla

I am having trouble trying to download EasyBlog plugins onto Joomla. Whenever I attempt to the download fails and there reads "Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file"
How do I install it successfully?
