I'm trying to get the subscription emails sent out (testing on my new site) but they are not sending. I have set up a cron job using Cpanel that reads:

/usr/local/bin/wget -O /dev/null "http://nottheturkey.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&task=cron";

Is this correct?! Is there anything else I need to do? I've set it to run every 1 minute for now until I get it working.
It actually depend on your server whether support wget or not.

Perhaps you can try set your email address at your cron mail section, then after 2 or 3 minute, check your mailbox and see what is your server response?

If you need help on this, perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and Cpanel access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?
