Trouble Installing updates

I'm having issues with installing the updates, it keeps lagging and freezing on step 3.
I've tried to install with certain install boxes unticked and ticked, it usually jumps through the first couple with no issues.
I just turned off all the modules for the update, the only one which was left ticked was one I am unable to turn off.
This was the installer, it then got further in the update but hung up on the scripts

Hi there,

When i tried to install them seems like i hit this http://take.ms/UdQx8. Can you consult with your current web hosting service provider regarding this and see how it goes. Seems like somehow your servers blocked it.

Please advice.
