Trouble installing new badge

Hi folks,

I'm having trouble installing a new badge on ES. I've written my rule, uploaded my graphic, installed the rule by discovery... but it doesn't appear as an option in the assign badge dialog box. I've attached the files and included my site details below. What am I missing?

I am sorry for the delay of this reply. There seems to be some funky characters in the badge file and I think it's probably due to the editor that you are using? http://screencast.com/t/cvVgbhA2bM

Try this instead.

I've successfully installed badges before and I can't figure out where I'm going wrong with this one! I tried two more times, following the documentation. Sorry to bug you with this but it's driving me crazy!
