Hello,
pls how can I set up only one time use for free trial recurring subscription?
What I want? I need limit for free trial. If user take free trial, then subscription cancel or expired, so after this cant take it again for free. Exist any way, how can I do it?

You mean on upgrade or renew existing plan or you mean when user create new subscription then restrict them to use trial period.
Can you please confirm me , if i misunderstood please correct me.

Hey Jan,

Currently PayPlans don't have any functionality to restrict user to get trial period by subscribing again the same..
If a user subscribe plan with trial then he can re-subscribe again with trial period after cancellation/Expiration of the subscription.

Let me know if you have any query.

So user can still again re-subscribe with trial and never pay for it, if I understand right? Thats not so much cool. Exist any way how we can restrict?

HI,
I found if we enable renew button, then we can restrict this. So I can try it. Thanks
and yes we transfer all web to main domain staffito.com in subdomain isnt nothing now.
