Translations in Easydiscuss

Hello,

Is it possible to translate a few words in Easydiscuss:

- the word "profile" in the URL (picture-1)
- the words in the browser tab (in view-profile): "questions", "unresolved", "favorites", "assigned" & "replies" (picture-2)

- the word "profile" in the URL (picture-1)

Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to translate them currently. It is not advisable for you to change it as it is being used throughout the site and will caused routing issues on your end.

- the words in the browser tab (in view-profile): "questions", "unresolved", "favorites", "assigned" & "replies" (picture-2)

Seems like there are issues on our end where we should be able to change them using language strings. Right now, it is hardcoded and it is on our cores files. I have logged this issues and will included them on our next release version.
