I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holidays for us here.

This part user details is coming from your current setup backend > Payplans > User > custom field > edit your custom field, then you probably you see those sentences what you searching for.

If you would like to show different translation if user view on different language on your site, you need to change those sentence to language constant, then override this language constant translation from your site Joomla language override section.
