El archivo como tal no funciona cuando lo reemplazo, porque la idea es que este completamente traducita, pero imagino que tiene que ver algo del codigo que por error fue eliminado, alguna comilla tal vez, la verdad no logro ubicar el error en el archivo por el cual no funciona al reemplazar por el "es-ES.com_easysocial.ini"

I have tested the language file and found that this line does not have the closing double quote.

You can add the double quote and see whether the translation works.
