I've tried to access your FTP and seems the FTP access you've given seems not working where I'm hitting

Response:	331 Password required for support

Command:	PASS ***********

Response:	530 Login incorrect.

Most probably your given password is not correct. Perhaps you can try to replace the file attached below and paste it in the:
JOOMLA_FOLDER\components\com_easydiscuss\themes\wireframe\ask\default.php
and see how it goes?

p.s: I would suggest you to backup the file beforehand

I was changed the file, and now all are good.
