Hi I have translated the relevant part in the .ini file (into Chinese) however the changes do not appear on website. C:\Users\Administrator\Dropbox\屏幕截图

Why?
There is actually an error in your language file and Joomla is very strict about this in their INI parsing, http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-12-28_0211.png . This causes the rest of the language strings to not be loaded.

Regarding on your screenshot, you should add it from this file -> JoomlaFolder/language/zh-CN/zh-CN.com_easyblog.ini
