That was strange, may i know you already translated from this language file JoomlaFolder/language/el-GR/el-GR.com_easysocial.ini ?

if yes, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look?

i have it on my main server so i can't give ftp access but i attached the file if you can look for any errors thank you

That's weird, I had the same issue too this day. The translation of Easy Social sometimes appeared only in part in French. The problem was that at the end of the ini file, the last translation was not over. I just added " at the end of the last line and it was ok. Probably not the same for you but in case if it can help you.

It seems like this issue because some of the language string has semicolon( in front of them.

; COM_EASYSOCIAL_TOOLBAR_PROFILE_POINTS_HISTORY

After delete this semicolon, the translation show correctly in my local.

For groups and events, please translate these language string

COM_EASYSOCIAL_TOOLBAR_PROFILE_EVENTS="Events"

COM_EASYSOCIAL_TOOLBAR_PROFILE_GROUPS="Groups"

Please replace your el-GR.com_easysocial.ini with this attachment.

Thanks, i uploaded the language and the toolbar is translated, but how do i translate other words on the site? i search for the word in the file and it has a semicolon in front of it, should i translate it and remove the semicolon for each word?

Edit: look at the attachment picture, i can't translate those and many more like profile settings and others

can't upload picture on edit...

Yes, After you translate the word. You need to remove the semicolon. For the apps filter, you can search this language string and translate it.

hello i can't find some fields to translate.
there are no translations words for account settings page (basic information,education etc..)
can't find translation for "select category" when you post to event
can't find how to translate share to: everyone,registered users, my friends, only me,custom
Can't find translation for event and group creation page
also i get an error: COM_EASYSOCIAL_PROFILE_APP_IS_NOT_INSTALLED_BY_USER when i click to "registered users" from my profile page

This is my file, the fields you sent doesn't exist in it for ftp unfortunately i can't give ftp access since i am not experienced to create a new safe ftp user and its a live server

No it doesn't work. I attached the pages that i can't translate also, i found the fields in the file and they are all translated and some doesn't exist i am very confused, a poeditor would make this job much easier

This was the correct answer, i was edditing the file in joomlafolder/language. Didn't even knew that there was another translation in admin. Thanks!
