Translation doesn't work

Hi,

I make the last update today.

I haven't any translation show on the web sit only for social, for blog it's fine. No translation on the front and on the admin.

I try to reload the translation file but no change.

The language file used is : French.

Any idea ?

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? You may store your site access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so you don't have to provide these information all the time

The information are on the dashboard. No FTP connexion are available on our site. The user is active.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Since you do not have FTP user account, that was difficult for us to troubleshoot this.

Can you provide us with your following language zip files so I can replace into my locally and see on this.

zip it
JoomlaFolder/language/fr-FR/..
JoomlaFolder/administrator/language/fr-FR/..

I suspect there got some invalid translation string from your language file so it caused this issue and fall back to use English translation.
