Translation - changes are not visible on frontend?

Hello ,
I want to translate some phrases on my ED discuss forum but no changes are visible after I save changes in file : /public_html/language/hr-HR/hr-HR.com_easydiscuss.ini
Why?
I have cleared cache, refreshed page but changes are not visible

Regarding your issue, can you edit your original post and provide us your FTP account to your site so that we can further investigate your issue?
