Those are actually search filters from Smart Search in Joomla. If you want to hide those, you can disable the plugins highlighted here, http://take.ms/1BaGZ

Unfortunately, we do not have translations for 3rd party extension filters. If you really want to translate those, you would have to hack a core file and the changes are not protected from future updates.
