Regarding Translation,
Is the key
APP_EVENT_STORY_USER_SHARED_FILE_IN_EVENT, $1$s shared a file in the event %2$s.
correct?
I think $1$s is actually %1$s..

Seems like it is a bug. You can change the string to %1$s. We will fix this in our repo.

Email notification is OK I think.
