This can be edited from the language file located in /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easysocial.ini . You will need to search for the following strings:

COM_EASYSOCIAL_USER_APP_CALENDAR_TIPS="To add an event for a day, simply double click on that day."

If you are using the German language, I believe it should be in /language/de-DE/de-DE.com_easysocial.ini
