Thanks for reporting. By right those strings are supposed to be removed since they are currently hardcoded in the css styling.

I have helped you use custom css in JoomlaFolder/templates/echo/html/com_easysocial/css/custom.css to temporary hide this.

I have also logged this issue in our tracker so that it can be addressed in the next Echo template release.
