I am sorry but unfortunately these cannot be translated with Joomfish but you can easily translate them using your language file. For instance, you can set the title as COM_EASYBLOG_BLOG_TITLE and COM_EASYBLOG_BLOG_DESCRIPTION . Then, add these strings into the translation file and you are good to go
