I'm trying to transfer my Easy Blog entries from one site to another. I exported the easyblog_post table using PHP admin. I then uploaded to the new site table. However, they don't show up in the Easy Blog for the new site. Is there a better way to do what I want?
A nearly easy way of importing/exporting/sending of easyblog blogs from any Joomla site 1.X or 2.x or 3.x to any other joomla site is J2XML 3 or 1.5, you can found for free download Joomla extension directory -> website http://www.eshiol.it/joomla/j2xml/j2xml-3.html.

1. with Easyblog duplication plugin put blog-entry to joomla-content
2. install J2XML+lib+plugins on all sites of yours you need to interchange blogs and define your websites
3. mark specific content, click send to specified website
4. migrate to easyblog , if only specific blogs you want to transfer, define a "only for transfer"-category for migration (easyblog can filter)

good for sharing blogs on different websites (and different Joomla versions)

if the author is not on target website the author is automatically newly installed in Joomla users, Easysocial, EasyBlog and Easydiscussions;
only in Easysocial you have to assign the profile group, maybe stackideas can change code to automatic assigning to default profile.
