trackbacks is a blank page and high cpu use

My website is hosted by siteground and they're telling me I'm getting a lot of hits to a blank page:

Do I need this page? How do I take it down?

Can you delete the page? It still shows up blank. Can you make it a 404 page?

There's actually not much difference showing a 404 versus disabling it as it's practically the same Why do you want to throw a 404 since the URL does not work.
