Hello,

The advance setting "Total Subscription Limit" states :
Set the total subscription limit before the plan get disable for the user

I set it on 1 (because the plan is lifetime for free - subscribers should never subscribe again, so it must be hidden)
But instead of hiding the plan for the user it is disabled for all users.
Hello there,

This is happening because you have set Total Subscription Limit to 1. It means after one subscription activation of this plan, The plan will get unpublished. It's not as per user, it's applicable overall limit. You shouldn't set this limit.

If you want to restrict user to subscribe same plan more then one time, then you need to use Limit Subscription functionality.
This will restrict user to subscribe plan more then limit set as per subscription status.
see attached screenshot.

Let me know if you have any other query.

Hi,

Thank you for the hint, don't know why I did not see the "Limit Subscription"
... I was focused on the Total Subscription Limit and its confusing description !

You should make a note to modify the popup hint on that field and add S to user(S)

"Set the total subscription limit before the plan get disable for the userS"

Thanks for the input on this Supporter, will look into this and see if we can re-word the settings.
