Photos upload limit 'Total Photos Allowed ' does not work in ACL settings for groups, events, pages (Screenshot - 22.jpg)
Hi Albert,

I've replicate this issue, seems there is a bug. I've logged this issue in the issue tracker and our developers will take an action for this.

I set permission for Followers to upload photos, but they can not create albums.
