TOS not visible anymore

Hello,
after updating to the latest version the TOS is not visible anymore for guest users (I am using Elegant theme).
BTW I do not remember how it was working before, but the TOS should be only visible for guests right? Since registered users already accepted the privacy upon registering.

Hi there,

This is known issues on our end, you should be able to choose which groups you wanted them to be shown on our next updated. This fixes will be included on our next release version.
