Tooltip and comment inconsistency with @mentions + bugged tooltip

I would like to point out an inconsistency I discovered.

Someone tried to use @mentions with my name before adding me to friends. However, weirdly enough in my tooltip it shows @Jannik but in the comment it says guest.

I have attached a screenshot for reference. Note that the moment I hover over the guest link it says it cannot display tooltip.
Hello Jannik,

If you aren't a friend of the user, you wouldn't be able to use the mentions. Not really sure how were they able to use the mentions though. Did you apply any hacks from Ken's thread?

No I didnt use any hacks from kens thread. That is why I report it here.

Hello Jannik,

Hm, was able to reproduce this error and it's because someone tried to mention another person without providing the correct metadata (Since the javascript is not supplying these metadata as they are not friends with you).

I have applied some fixes internally and it should be fixed in the next release as well
